Today I intend to offer details on UB’s VIP program. I’ve already stated that you earn Status Points to clear your bonus after you use your UB referral code, but you’ll also have the chance to turn them into fantastic prizes since UB implemented the RAI$E program. Altogether there are a total of five VIP levels and the highest levels receive the best rewards. You don’t need to do anything to join the club because as soon as you make a screen name, you automatically become a member.
You start at Level 1 as an Ultimate Member. Ultimate Members receive some benefits such as a periodic reload UB referral code and entries to freerolls. You’ll also have the option to refer a friend to the site and earn an additional $75 bonus. These little extras are great, especially considering you do no work to get them, but you should definitely move past Level 1 as quickly as possible because the higher levels are just so much better than being an Ultimate Member.
You just need to earn 50 Status Points in one month to become an Ultimate Player. Level 2 allows you to keep going with the Ultimate Member benefits such as the refer-a-friend UB bonus, but there are also a couple extra goodies. Number one, you get an UltimatePoints multiplier that increases the number of Status Points you are given by two so that you can accumulate points faster. What can you do with all these extra points? Spend them at the UltimatePoints Store of course! If the multiplier isn’t earning Points fast enough, you can enter UltimatePoints tournaments to win even more Points.
At Level 3 and 500 Status Points, you are an Ultimate Contender, and now you have the option to redeem Points for up to $50 cash. Your UltimatePoints multiplier raises to three and now you can buy special items from the store that you didn’t have access to at Level 2.
Once you earn 2,500 Status Points in a given month, you become an Ultimate Legend. You’re going to have to see several poker hands to get this high, but because the benefits become so good, it’s worth it. You get an Ultimate Points multiplier of four and an extra 10% off on the items in the store. If you prefer the cash rewards, you can now redeem Points for up to $250. Furthermore, Players at this level also receive a VIP host, a personal concierge, and exclusive freeroll entries. Sometimes you’ll get to bid on items in a special auction or you’ll be given a special VIP treat.
And finally, at the very top, there’s the prestigious Ultimate Icon at Level 5. You will need to earn a whopping 10,000 Status Points per month, but UB will reward you handsomely. To start off, you get an UltimatePoints multiplier of five and you have the choice to receive up to $1,000 per month in exchange for Points. You will receive a 9% interest rate on your account balance if you keep it over $1,000. For even more perks, UB will extend invitations to play MTT poker in events around the world such as the Aruba Classic! You are required to receive an average of 10,000 Status Points for half a year before you become an Ultimate Icon, and then you have to keep this average going to remain at this level.
UB has created a VIP program to say thanks to those that play there regularly and to convince new people to make a UB download. Keep in mind that becoming an Ultimate Icon is very hard for the average player to do. If you’re a low stakes player and you decide to make it your goal to become an Ultimate Icon, you’ll probably need to put in 100% of your online poker at UB so that you have the chance to earn all the points you need. Reaching Level 5 is well worth the trouble, though, if you can do it.
